Brandy Barnum

We strolled into the office last Spring and met Brandy who gave us a tour of the town and overview of neighborhoods. She was willing to show homes on short notice, gave an honest opinion of local valuation, listened to what we wanted in the offer contract and was generally very helpful and gave no pressure to purchase from her.

This was the second home we made an offer on. Brandy was always upbeat and encouraging, professional in her demeanor, went out of her way to be helpful. For example, one house we looked at had lots of snow, so Brandy had her children come over to shovel the walkway. In another situation she offered to have her children take care of our dogs for a few hours so we could look at homes without distraction.

The day we settled our furniture truck arrived and Brandy and her husband came over to help with the move in. Also her husband repaired a damaged piece of furniture which was terrific as we had no idea where to get such a repair.

We feel we not only found a home in Buffalo, but in addition we have made new friends with Brandy and her husband and children.
